I am a fully qualified and registered nutritional therapist, happy to help and support you with any health concern you may have. I firmly believe that making just simple changes to your diet and lifestyle can make a huge difference to your health and wellbeing.
My approach takes into account that you are unique, with your own unique DNA, environment and cirsumstances. I aim to get to the root cause(s) of the symptoms you may be experiencing and through my research-driven, personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans I will support you in any way I can to reach your health goals.
What to expect at a consultation
Before coming to see me I will send you a health questionnaire and a food diary to complete.
In the initial consultation, which lasts around 1½ to 2 hours, I will review your health questionnaire and diet diary and ask detailed questions about your current and past health, diet and lifestyle.
Following the consultation, I will create a plan unique to you that is tailored to your budget, lifestyle and preferred pace. I may also recommend nutritional supplements and further functional testing using reputable laboratories, as required.
