About me

I would be delighted to have an informal chat, with anyone who is considering Nutritional Therapy. I can explain to you what you can expect and how a good therapist will always work with a client, so aims and goals are achievable.

I started my journey into Nutrition soon after the birth of my daughter. Having always carried too much weight faced with a prospect of living in the states for three years,I became nervous about gaining even more weight.  Totally confused by Nutrition, I thought that only calories counted. So I embarked on a personal education programme to ensure I did not become another statistic of the western diet. In 2009 I took a couple of courses that introduced me to the concept of food and health and their relationship. Deciding that she was just scraping the surface of this vast topic, I embarked on a four year journey with the Institute of Optimum Nutrition to become a nutritional Therapist. A diploma from ION is a well recognised qualification in the field of Nutrition.
