Who I am...
My interest in health began 10 years ago, whilst living in South Africa. I struggled with hormonal issues as a teenager and battled fatigue as a young adult.
During my university years, I became fascinated with the properties of food and how our body’s respond to the nutrients we give it. I started devouring as much information as possible and re-engineered the way I ate too. I focussed on natural, wholefoods, prepared in a simple and delicious way to optimise my own health.
I moved to London to pursue my career aspirations in Human Resources but soon realised that my true passion lay in food and nutrition so I decided to take the leap and change careers. I continued to work full-time whilst studying and undergoing clinical training for 4 years for a higher education diploma in Nutritional Therapy at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
What I do...
My one-on-one, confidential consultations provide you with the necessary knowledge and support you need to understand what the root causes of your symptoms and health concerns may be. Through coaching and regular guidance I keep you motivated and ensure you can easily implement the changes required to achieve your health goals.
My client’s requirements and goals are all unique and as such, no two programmes are the same! I consider your individual health needs, food preferences, budget, time, interest and ability to cook when developing your recommendations. I ensure that my plans fit into your lifestyle and are tailored to all your personal circumstances so that at the end of our sessions you have a programme that is realistic and achievable by yourself.
I also over services in corporate wellness, cooking demonstrations, workshops and catering, product development, meal planning and my unique Love Being Well experience.

I have always loved food! During my own exploration of nutrition, I learned the joy of eating what nature has given us, and the art of creating vibrant, wholesome, balanced and delicious meals…. including healthy indulgent treats!
I believe eating should be a daily ritual to be relished and enjoyed, nourishing us to support every facet of our lives and our wellbeing. Small changes to your diet can have a profound impact on how healthy and energised you feel.
This is the backbone of my practice and what I aim to bring to all my clients. I’d like to help you on your own journey so that you can reap the benefits of my individually tailored nutritional programs and Love Being Well.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have undergone 4 years of studying and clinical training at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition for a higher education diploma in Nutritional Therapy.
I am a fully qualified and insured, Registered Nutritional Therapist and a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
