About me
Hello! I'm a qualified nutritionist with a solid background in evidence-based practices, registered with the Association for Nutrition. I'm not just about the fancy titles; I've invested hundreds of hours in specialised training, covering everything from gut health to women's health, hormones, stress management, and disease prevention. So, you can trust that I've got the expertise to help you out (and if I don't, I will help you find someone who can).
My approach is all about you. I offer personalised advice and support - my packages range rom £99 to £299 and are tailored to fit your unique needs. No cookie-cutter solutions here — I take a deep dive into your diet, symptoms, and lifestyle to come up with recommendations that work for you.
Feeling those tummy troubles? Perimenopausal symptoms driving you around the bend? Struggling to keep your energy levels up? Or maybe you've got health issues that are throwing a wrench in your plans? Let's put an end to the guesswork and get you on the path to feeling your best.
And finally, food is more than just fuel—it's a source of joy! That's why I love sharing delicious, healthy recipes that complement the advice I give.
