About me

FREE TASTER SESSIONS THU 23 FEB 12-3PM AT THE HAELAN CENTRE, CROUCH END!

Love food, but your stomach doesn't?

If you have bloating, stomach pain, toilet trouble, wind or food sensitivities, you don't have to give up the food or lifestyle you love. In the pip nutrition consulting room and kitchen I'll unravel the issues with your digestion and show you everything you can eat to feel better, including your favourite meals.

My professional nutrition advice is personal and insightful, and your bespoke health plan makes it possible: that's pip. Along with expert recommendations to improve your digestion, you’ll take away healthy seasonal recipes, handy shopping lists and tips for eating out. My advice for a healthy gut is based on the latest nutrition evidence, including low FODMAP: a new approach that helps you find your personal tolerance to problem foods.

I can work with your GP, or help you blend nutrition advice with positive lifestyle changes like exercise or yoga. Let’s do this together.
