About me

A motivating and supportive registered nutritional therapist. Incorporating evidence-based knowledge, extensive clinical experience and optional functional testing in my practice, I provide effective nutrition advice and optional 2 week tailored menu plans and recipes to help you achieve your health goals.

I specialise in:
- weight management
- digestion
- the 'change of life'

and have helped clients with a variety of other health concerns including allergies, compromised immunity and consistently low energy. Having two children of my own, I also have a particular interest in fertility and beyond.

I am one half of the company Eat Well and Work Out of which my husband, James, is the Personal Trainer.
Our mission statement is:

and with over fifteen years experience between us we have helped over four hundred individuals of all ages and backgrounds achieve their goals of better health whether that be from simply having enough energy to leave the house or completing a marathon to easing joint pain naturally or addressing fussiness in the little ones!

Training, qualifications & experience

- Diploma (3 years) in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London.

- Registered with the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) - requiring 30 hours of CPD per year

to  keep up to date with the latest scientific advancements, developments in nutritional research and the latest new diagnostic tests.

- 8 years clinical experience.

-12 years in the fast paced sectors of commodities trading, import/export and translation.

* If you have been diagnosed or suspect you may have one of the medical conditions starred above, you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.


Initial Consultation - 60-90 minutes                                       


  • Identification of your personal wellness goals and an in-depth discussion of any particular health concerns.
  • A review of your existing diet and lifestyle. The factors which may be contributing to your issues will be explained.
  • Motivational advice and support
  • A personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan will be drafted and discussed to support your goals.

Emailed within 72 hours:
- A summary report and guidelines specific to your case.
- Supporting hand outs, menu plan and recipes.

Follow Up -  45 - 60 minutes                                           


4-5 weeks after the initial consultation a follow up session is recommended to:

  • Monitor your progress and get feedback on any issues experienced.
  • Make any tweaks or additions to your treatment plan based on your response or test results.

- Revised or new guidelines.
- Supporting hand outs
- Supporting hand outs, menu plan and recipes.

We also run a 6 week Eat Well and Work Out Weight Management Programme 4 times a year in Surbiton. These have proven very popular so we are looking to run these in RG7 also.
These have been running on Saturday mornings but we are flexible to changing to a week day evening if the demand is there.
Spaces are limited to 10.

The 6 Week programme includes:

  • 2 Individual Nutrition Consultations with Kim

          A 1 hour comprehensive Initial Consultation in which we will have a look at your current health status and any underlying issues which may be acting as barriers to better health. We’ll go over your personal goals and current diet and lifestyle patterns and then come up with a realistic set of guidelines (supported with hand outs and recipes etc) to get you on your way. You’ll also be able to keep a food diary with which I can have a look to see where any further guidance can be given.Near the middle-end of the 12 weeks you’ll have a 1 hour follow up session in which we can monitor how things are going any make any tweaks as needed.

  • Weekly Eat Well Sessions (James and Kim) – (45 minutes  long).These will involve a 5 minute video and education on the topic of that week e.g. portion control, stress, sleep, emotional eating, eating out etc. Members learn ways to change behaviour towards eating , ways to prepare and menu plan with real whole food rather than just talking about if they were "good" or "bad" that week. Questions and sharing ideas recipes etc is encouraged.

  • Food diary checking and nutritionist advice on improving eating patterns. (Kim) Clients are encouraged to keep a food diary and bring it along to the Eat Well sessions so they are kept on track with regular monitoring.

  • Exercise classes (30 minutes w Kim and James). These will follow on straight after each Eat Well Session. The exercise classes are optional but we encourage you to come along to enhance your weight loss journey.
  • 2 PT sessions with James. Exercise tailored to you incorporating a programme is as effective as possible for fat loss and done with good form to avoid injury.

  • 2 Health Checks At the start and end so we can track progress of  important markers such as BMI incorporating a hip : waist ratio, total cholesterol, blood sugar, fitness level etc. A weekly weigh in is entirely optional.
