About me

Hi, I'm Keeley, I am a registered Nutrition Therapist, a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Dentist, Shoemaker Proficiency Partner, and an EFT and Matrix Re-imprinting Practitioner..

I support my clients on a one to one basis, so that advice may be personalised, focusing on individual requirements.  Bespoke nutritional and lifestyle recommendations are created at each appointment, which are supported by current evidence-based science.

As a Dental Surgeon, I have the benefit of extensive medical training. I understand body physiology and biochemistry, and its complexities in health.  I am comfortable supporting those with complex conditions, medications and communicating with medical professionals to ensure you receive the all round support you require.

As a Shoemaker Proficiency Partner, I also support those with biotoxin illness, including mould, Lyme and fatigue conditions, including long-covid or post viral fatigue.

EFT and Matrix Reimprinting enables me to support emotional issues, help you to overcome limiting beliefs and deal with past trauma, which may have prevented you from achieving your health goals, previously. These profoundly beneficial, non-invasive practices can offer a solution to moving forward, gaining clarity, and dealing with stress in the moment.

What to expect

At The Emporium of Health, Functional Medicine principles are utilised to ensure that root causes of signs, symptoms and imbalances are identified and addressed, rather than 'putting a sticking plaster' over the problem.

I offer an exploratory call (30mins) to understand your specific health issues and to make sure I can help, I explain the process, and we can determine that we are a good ‘fit’.

We then set up a programme which is suitable to your requirements and based on your health goals.

The initial consultation is focused on information gathering, and identifying   what might have triggered, or still be contributing to your symptoms. We will discuss your concerns, and the health goals you hope to achieve.

I may recommend functional testing, to uncover nutritional deficiency, system imbalances, detoxification capacity, or genetic variability, which could help  shed light on the reasons for your symptoms and provide strategic interventions. I can also discuss tests that might be available to you through your GP practice, in order to obtain clarity in certain situations

I also recommend supplements, which may enhance health recovery.

Focusing on you, and with your input, personalised protocols are created at each follow up session. I aim to empower you to achieve your most vibrant, and abundant life, developing sustainable habits for a lifetime.

Additional information

At The Emporium of Health our clients join us on a programme, which ensures changes can be made without overwhelm

At The Emporium of Health, Functional Medicine principles are utilised to ensure that root causes of signs, symptoms and imbalances are identified and addressed, rather than 'putting a sticking plaster' over the problem.

This process does generally not occur in a single session. Our clients sign up to a programme of appointments, based on their specific requirements. The aim is to empower you to create long lasting changes, without overwhelm, with continual support, while you are working with us.

I offer an exploratory call (30mins) to understand your specific health issues, make sure I can help and I can explain how I work. You can also determine if we are a good ‘fit’.
