I am the co-author of Bear Grylls nutrition bible 'Fuel for Life' and a degree qualified Nutritional Therapists I have dedicated my life to helping people feel happy & healthy and am extremely passionate about what I do.
Having worked in many parts of the world, I have undergone additional studies in:
