Initial Consultation £60 (1 hr)
Before your first consultation you will be asked to complete a detailed health questionnaire and a 3 day food diary allowing me to gain insight into your symptoms and health concerns.
Your first consultation will last 60 minutes during which time your symptoms will be looked at in greater depth together with your medical and family history, your lifestyle, your levels of physical activity, your diet and any medication and supplements. I will then work to identify any potential nutritional imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms and, together with you, will develop a targeted nutrition and lifestyle programme.
Non-invasive laboratory tests may be recommended during the consultation to assist in identifying any possible imbalances in body systems which may be contributing to your health concerns.
Follow-Up Consultation £40 (45 mins)
Your follow-up consultation will be 4 weeks later and will last for 45 minutes. Your symptoms and your progress will be reviewed and, together, we will continue to build on your programme.
Further follow-ups may be recommended depending on your individual requirements.
Areas of special interest include stress, fatigue, autoimmune conditions.
