WHAT CAN I OFFER YOU
I fully support my clients to adopt a healthy lifestyle that works for them; providing the tools to feel confident to do this independently, on a long term basis.
I practice using the principles of Functional Medicine (IFM.org), which aims to look for the root cause of disease in an individual, and how and why this has happened. Symptoms are not looked at individually, as an isolated bodily system; the whole person is looked at. For example, factors such as lifestyle, stress, sleep, genes and environment are all considered in a consultation, as well as food.
I am passionate about helping families to create easy, quick, balanced meals that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

My appointment with Katharine at The Health Boost was so informative. During my initial consultation it was agreed that a specialist DNA test would be useful. Katharine guided me through the whole questionnaire and talked me through the saliva test making the whole process so easy. After a few weeks the results came through and the information was such an eye opener. Katharine is the most caring and attentive Nutritional Therapist I could have wished for. Starter phone conversation - FREE
I offer a free initial 15 minute phonecall conversation for us to discuss your situation and understand how you could benefit from us working together.
Primary Consultation £120 - Sevenoaks clinic
During an initial one-to-one consultation, which lasts between 75 and 90 minutes, I will:
Discuss your health goals and aims
Take a detailed medical history
Discuss your current lifestyle and food intake
Review any medical/blood test results you may have
After this, a detailed Nutritional and Lifestyle plan will be emailed to you within the next few days, along with any supplements or additional testing recommendations, if relevant. We can then arrange a 20-30 minute phonecall for me to talk through everything with you to make sure it is all clear
Follow up consultation £60
I advise clients to book at least one follow up appointment approximately 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment. This appointment will last approximately 45 minutes.
This appointment allows us to track your progress and make any necessary amendments to your plan. You will have had time to understand what realistic changes you can put into place and what may need adjusting/tweaking to suit you and your goals best.
Talks and Workshops
I can also arrange talks to small groups of people to cover a particular topic. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss with me about running a talk or workshop with your organisation/group.
