About me

Hi, I'm Kate and I specialise in helping women over 40 to have more energy, lose weight, reduce brain fog and bloating so they can feel energised, confident and happy again!

I use a holistic and personalised approach to help my clients to achieve great results. Plus I offer testing such as the food intolerance test, gut health test and hair mineral analysis to get to the root cause of your health issues.

I'm a fully qualified and insured Nutritional Therapist based in Crawley, West Sussex, RH10. I cover areas including Crawley, Horley, Salfords, Redhill, Copthorne, East Grinstead and Horsham.

I offer one-to-one 12 week nutrition programmes at my private practice in Crawley, or via phone or Zoom. Also I'm available for home visits within a 10 mile radius.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing the transformation my clients experience after going through my programme.

My client Val felt apprehensive about whether it would work, but it did! She's glad she came to see me. She feels energised. Over the last month she's lost nearly a stone. She's able to walk up the stairs one by one.  She now has the energy to exercise and she's going out more.”

I am so happy for Val and the improvements she has already seen in her quality of life!

I work best people who are committed to following the plan and who take action. They know what they want, they follow my suggestions.

When you're ready to learn more about how my 12 week programme can help you and so I will know whether or not we're a good fit to work together, book a 30 minute discovery call.

My Story

I became interested in nutrition after using diet to recover from severe fatigue that left me housebound. I had visited a Naturopathic Nutritionist who did a food intolerances and recommended that I remove beef, cow’s dairy, yeast and sugar from my diet. She also did a test and detected that I had Epstein Barr virus and a yeast infection. After a few weeks of changing my diet and taking the recommended supplements, I had a lot more energy. After further improving my diet I went on to make a full recovery.

As a result I am now passionate about teaching others how to use nutrition to improve their health. I specialise in helping women in their 40s and 50s with fatigue, brain fog and I.B.S-type symptoms using the Fatigue-Fighting System so they can have more energy to exercise, socialise and get things done.

How I work

Firstly, in the initial consultation I will take your medical history and current symptoms. Next I will explain the diet changes and supplements that I recommend. After the appointment I will email you a personalised nutrition plan, targeted supplement plan with any drug-nutrient interactions and relevant handouts. Your plan is advised to be followed until your next appointment.

During the follow up appointments we will speak about how you are finding the plan and make any changes as necessary.

The benefits of getting nutritional advice can include:

  • More energy
  • Less brain fog
  • Improved digestion
  • Reduced bloating
  • Less pains
  • Refreshing sleep
  • Weight loss
