About me

Hello, I am a registered Nutritional Therapist (BHSc Nutritional Medicine, mNNA) who works with clients who would like to focus on their health and wellness with an evidence based approach, utilising the science of nutritional medicine.

During a consultation we have the opportunity to consider the 'big picture' of you as we discuss how your health concerns may be linked with your diet, lifestyle and how things from the past may be having an effect on your overall nutritional status and wellness. We then work together to develop a treatment plan that is realistic and workable for you. I feel it is important for my clients to be informed and learn along the way how to focus on the diet and lifestyle that is right for them as an individual.

I offer online consultations via Microsoft Teams.  Telephone consultations are also available. Please give me a call to find out more about how nutritional medicine could help you.
