For over 15 years I have provided a service to private clients in the Bath, Bristol, Wells, Frome, Midsomer Norton and Radstock area. Some clients travel from further afield and I also offer telephone consultations.
You may have a health need which you don’t seem to be able to manage or relieve. Food choice can have a very big effect on health. Certain foods and food supplements to which particular needs will respond, need to be individually identified.
Some approaches to various ailments may not be the optimal solution, especially if they do not include diet support.
MY AIM with every client, is to help him or her reach the very best outcomes in terms of overcoming ailments and improving on-going health.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a professionally trained Nutritional Therapist and a full member of The Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners. I am also a qualified nurse. I continually keep abreast of the latest international research in the Nutritional Therapy area. Substantial time is spent attending seminars and incorporating the latest findings into my practice.
As an advanced exercise tutor I have run many fitness/rehabilitation classes and now offer personalised exercise routines to accompany nutrition changes if required.

I work from a comfortable consulting room, though I can occasionally meet clients in other locations. Strict confidentiality and integrity in handling client affairs is paramount. My overheads are low, and I believe I offer excellent service at reasonable rates.
These vary according to the case and location, however they are usually £60.00 for 80 to 90 minutes for the first session, and £45 for 45 minutes follow up.
For clients with only obesity and weight loss issues I am currently offering 30 minute sessions for £30.

Careful initial assessment
Initially I take time carefully assessing all relevant factors including current diet. I then develop and agree a plan, which includes some goals that the client feels are realistically achievable. The plan typically identifies suitable food changes, and sometimes appropriate food supplements. On-going support is available until clients have achieved their goals, and beyond, if they wish.
Please note that I work with naturally occurring food products and natural food supplements, not synthetic materials, and advise only what is appropriate for any given individual condition.
I’m able to test for food allergies/intolerances, and to assess mineral balance, using assessment methods supported by external professional laboratories. The cost of these tests varies according to the number of foods tested, but a free follow up session is included during which the results will be explained.The results can be remarkably enlightening, and when followed can be highly beneficial.
Private exercise sessions
If tailored exercise sessions are advisable, perhaps to improve mobility, stamina, or strength, or to help achieve weight loss, I can provide these on an individual basis in my own facilities which include an exercise hot tub and other equipment.
