Jodie is a BANT and CNHC registered Nutritional Therapist and qualified from The University of Westminster in 2005 helping clients with healthy weight, preconception care and fertility and baby and children’s nutrition.
As a Nutritional Therapist, Public Health professional and mum to daughter Lily, Jodie thoroughly enjoys supporting others in making healthier choices for themselves and their whole family.

YMCA Personal fitness trainer award(Fitness Instructor and circuit trainer)
Also an experienced Public Health professional, Jodie has worked as the obesity lead for early years, schools and adults for several Local Authority and NHS Public Health Teams.
Examples include her most recent role as the obesity lead for the London Borough of Enfield. Jodie has also worked as the Early Years lead for NHS Brent in London, where she developed a hugely successful and ongoing programme to support Early Years Providers and families in all aspects of health for under 5’s. In addition Jodie has also been the healthy eating and physical activity lead for Healthy Schools Teams both in London and Kent.
