What is Nutritional Therapy?
Balancing the nutrients that your body requires to function efficiently is the science behind nutritional therapy and is suitable for all ages.
I support you through the food that you eat for greater vitality, health and wellbeing whilst taking into consideration your individual lifestyle, needs and concerns.
You will receive an explanation of what may be contributing to your health concern together with a unique and personalized nutrition and lifestyle programme which is designed with you and for you.
A follow up consultation may be recommended to review your programme.
I had no idea that changing a few dietary things could have such a major impact on my life - I would highly recommend to anybody. Thank you.
I am no longer ill.
Having Jo to advise me has made me realise how much effect a healthy diet can benefit you.
Very useful and effective, without making drastic changes. Just sensible, sound advice and support. Fantastic that such small changes could make such a difference.
I enjoy working closely with my clients and am passionate about helping others become as healthy as they can taking into consideration their personal circumstances. Having the ability and skills to help others is important to me and is the basis on which I build my career.
I read Psychology with Health Science at university which led to a passionate interest in living healthily through the food that we eat and so to expand my knowledge I studied Nutritional Therapy. I frequently attend seminars, exhibitions and presentations to broaden and develop my already extensive skills.
In my spare time, I work voluntarily for a major charity, celebrating the life of survivors and remembering those loved ones that we have lost. I relax attending Yoga and Line Dancing classes and enjoy spending time with my family and walking my dog.
