Well, first and foremost, my service is a little different from most.
Other than starting with your rudimentary consultation not much of my service follows the same path as others. My aim is to teach my clients, so as I become obsolete, not do all the work for them. That's why I don't typically offer meal or diet plans, as I don't feel these help in the long run. It's equivalent to going to a driving instructor and asking them to drive for you, there is no real benefit or learning and I don't want session time to feel wasted. Plus, once I've educated a client I fully expect them to spread this knowledge amongst their peers, family, friends, colleagues etc. The more people who become educated in nutrition, the topic I'm so, so passionate about, the better!
So, like I said, we begin with a consultation session before a structured lesson on lesson progression on how you can design a diet for yourself, which works best for your physiology and lifestyle, whilst being sustainable, stress-free and (hopefully) a tonne of fun!
My specialties include; Weight management, exercise & sports performance and recovery, anti-inflammatory recommendations for injury rehabilitation, psychological aspects to eating and dealing with different dietary approaches (vegan, lactose intolerant individuals etc.)
