Your biochemical uniqueness is the starting point for any consultation. This is shaped by a myriad of factors, beginning with your genetics and further affected by your exposures and experiences from pre-birth to adulthood.
I use a collaborative approach with clients to produce Nutritional plans that are personalised and evidence-based from a functional medicine model. This scientific yet holistic approach recognises the interconnected contribution of our genetic background, living environment, lifestyle, diet and emotional state in relation to our health and wellbeing.
I also work as a nutritional consultant in the public and corporate arenas. I provide education and coaching on nutrition, wellness and building the physical and psychological resilience necessary to deal with the demands of modern life.
I am a regular contributor to the Antidote Salon (http://www.thisistheantidote.com), which hosts regular discussions on various health and wellness topics.I am one of Louise Galvin’s (leading London colourist) Women of Wellness ambassadors and regularly sit on an expert panel explaining how nutrition impacts healtn.
