Optimise your health with a one-to-one nutritional consultation and a tailored report designed to suit you and your busy lifestyle. My WellWellWell Nutritional Therapy clinic is based in Notting Hill and I offer daytime and evening consultations on Wednesdays. Call me on 07919 008992 for an informal chat about your health goal to help you decide if nutritional therapy is the right route for you.
After your first consultation, I'll provide you with a personalised action plan, including meal planner, shopping advice and recipes. I focus on offering practical and user-friendly advice, so that your programme fits in with your lifestyle and food choices, and you don't find yourself struggling with an approach that's unsustainable.

Training, qualifications & experience
I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist, accredited by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, and a graduate of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
My book, The Right Bite, was published in March 2016. It's a practical guide to eating and drinking when you're on the go and is ideal for busy people who want to make smart food choices.I'm the Nutritional Therapist for the Mail on Sunday and have a regular column in Reveal Magazine.
As well as a private practice in Notting Hill, I work with the Nuffield Health Medical Centre at Canary Wharf, providing nutritional advice and support to corporate clients in the form of individual consultations, menu planning and nutritional workshops.

What happens at a consultation?
In advance of your consultation, you will be asked to complete a confidential questionnaire and food diary which covers details about your medical history, symptoms, diet and lifestyle. It is very important that you return this at least 48 hours before the consultation to allow enough time for a detailed analysis of your case.
Your first consultation is split into two sections.
Phase 1: This session lasts for one hour and is a thorough assessment of your case. We will discuss your wellness goal, explore any health concerns in detail and agree a personalised programme that fits in with your lifestyle and your food preferences. At this stage, if appropriate, functional testing may be recommended, to explore your symptoms further (see below). The following day you will receive a full written report with your nutrition action plan, recommendations and meal planner.
Phase 2: This session will take place 4 weeks after the first consultation and lasts for 45 minutes. We will review the programme in detail, assessing your progress and ironing out any difficulties you may have experienced, so that you are able to assimilate your nutrition programme into your daily life. Any test results will be also analysed and explained so that we can agree next steps.
Follow up consultations are recommended every 4-6 weeks. These last 45 minutes and review your progress and symptoms and adapt the programme as required. Some people may require a number of follow up sessions, especially if they have been experiencing symptoms for several months or years.
On-going support is provided in the form of nutritional information sheets, meal plans, recipes and shopping advice where appropriate. The consultation fee also includes 2 telephone calls or emails to cover any follow up questions about your programme.
In some cases, functional testing may be recommended at the initial consultation to help us develop the most appropriate programme to support your health goal. You may be referred back to your GP for tests that are available on the NHS or a private lab test may be recommended. Typical tests might include blood, saliva or stool tests.
