Specialising in weight management, fatigue and stress, and providing support to both individuals managing chronic health conditions, or those just wishing to generally improve their diet and lifestyle. As an experienced health coach, Holly also offers clients the option of on-going coaching support which may benefit those individuals needing to make significant diet and lifestyle changes longer term. This can include support with motivation, overcoming barriers such as comfort eating, food or alcohol dependency and stress management.
All recommendations take into account client’s medical history, current medications (where appropriate), personal circumstances and dietary preferences.

Training, qualifications & experience
Holly holds an MSc in Personalised Nutrition from Middlesex University and has a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma from the Centre of Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management (CNELM). She also has a BSc (hons) in Physiology. Holly is a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
Holly also trained as a coach with the UK College of Personal Development and is a certified NLP practitioner and professional member of the ANLP. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a specialist technique which can provide a means of identifying and breaking down mental barriers and negative patterns of behaviour, which can be particularly beneficial for individuals wishing to make significant and longer term diet and lifestyle changes and stress management.
