70.3 Triathlete Testimonial February 2016
“Having completed a 70.3 Ironman distance and looking to my next, I realised I needed to change my approach to the nutrients going in, before and during this kind of event in future. Gemma provided me with a deeper insight to what was required to fuel the body for such endurance. For me it wasn’t until the run that I found the benefits of all the ‘prep food loading’ kick into action. Not normally eating this much food day to day, it was difficult, but the legs needed it and I am entirely grateful for such expertise right on my door step. 140.6 next and I will certainly be going back for more advise.”
