I am a professional Nutritionist (BSc [Hons], MSc) registered with the Association for Nutrition (AfN). My passion is good health, nutrition and well-being and helping people attain it. I am here to support you to improve your health and nutrition through empowerment, motivation and knowledge delivered through effective behaviour change techniques, a supportive, non-judgemental and friendly environment.

Training, qualifications & experience
I began my career working in the community sector teaching healthy eating and cooking workshops and events. I have experience as a Cooking Skills and Nutrition Manager as well as working in the NHS before working in the Obesity Prevention and Weight Management sector over several years, an area I specialise in. I have a wealth of experience in a range of fields including nutrition consulting, child and adult weight management and behaviour change, healthy eating, food labelling and dietary/recipe analysis, health and nutrition claims as well as experience in public speaking, education and writing.
My goal is to help people achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals. Whether you’re seeking help with weight management, workplace health, dietary analysis or disease prevention, I will provide you with support and guidance, along with a well-researched, evidence-based and comprehensive plan/package on sustainable lifestyle changes that you can follow for the rest of your lives, with the overall goal of good health, nutrition and over-all wellbeing.

British Dietetic Association (BDA)
