Francesca offers one-to-one nutritional therapy consultations, providing personalised, realistic nutrition plans and lifestyle advice to help you achieve your health goals. She support clients with a wide range of health conditions, such as energy, weight management and hormonal issues, as well as those who just want to achieve optimum wellness through a nutrition review.
The recent nutrition 'trends' in the media have created confusing and conflicting advice on what we should and shouldn't eat. Francesca will provide practical, relevant advice on what can work for you and your specific aims.
Francesca runs group weight loss sessions, focussing on sustained healthy relationships with food rather than 'diets', within a supportive group environment.
As a qualified Nutri Advanced© NutriClean Practitioner, she also offers 2-week detox programmes designed to reduce levels of harmful toxins in your body whilst supporting liver and digestion with quality Nutri Advanced© supplements, to help kick-start a healthy new you.
Francesca currently runs clinics in south Manchester: Stretford and Whalley Range.
