Training, Qualifications & Experience
The Food Fairies have been working in clinical nutrition consultations for years, improving the health and the lives of their clients as they go. They are also regular contributors to several national and international publications including the Yoga Magazine.
Stefanie Omaser and Rachel Henderson (The Food Fairies) trained at the CNELM, gaining a Bsc(hons) in Nutritional Therapy. They are members of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
The Fairy’s education was built on a foundation of biochemistry, physiology, anatomy and functional medicine. They also indulge in ongoing study into the ever-evolving world of nutritional research. Their training in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) has enhanced their understanding of the incredible powers of the human mind. They encourage their clients to engage the power of mind over body to succeed in their own personal journey to an improved body and life.
