I offer private one-to-one nutritional consultations over Skype or telephone, and face to face in the comfort and convenience of your home*. I am also based out of Runner Bean Health and Fitness Studio in Upper Rissington and Holcombe Holistic Retreat Centre in Whichford. Whether you’re interested in weight management, hormone balancing, or sports nutrition or are looking for nutritional support to get your spark back, I will work together with you to create a bespoke nutritional programme targeting your individual goals.
When was the last time you felt awesome? I mean REALLY awesome. Do you start the day with a spring in your step? Do you feel that you are performing at your maximum? I’m guessing it’s been a while… Many of the clients I work with come to me because they aren't being the BEST versions of themselves they are overweight, feel tired all the time, grumpy, stressed, overwhelmed, fuzzy headed, irritable, forgetful, though they are have no idea why. Sound familiar? Let me help you to become the best version of YOU!
I take the functional medicine approach to nutrition which is based on the understanding that all the systems of the body are inter-related. This includes the GIT, hormonal, detoxification, energy and immune systems, each one impacting the other. However, the foods we eat, life stressors, sleep, exercise, medications and toxins in our environment amongst many other things, also make an impact.
For a FREE 15 minute health assessment please email me and we can arrange a time that suits you.
*Mobile nutrition consultations are offered at locations within a 15mile radius of Cherington. Areas include Banbury, Bourton-on-the-Water, Chipping Campden, Chipping Norton, Morton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-wold and Shipston-on-Stour.

What to expect: The initial consultation
Prior to your initial consultation, I ask that you fill out a detailed health questionnaire and complete a 3-day food diary.
During the initial consultation, we will review your personal and family health history and I will ask further questions which will help me build a bigger picture of your eating habits, lifestyle, medical history and any health concerns you may have.
It is strongly advised that you attend at least one follow-up consultation in order to review your progress and implement new protocols. Often people like to continue with consultations for as long as they see necessary.Remember it took you a long time to get to this point & did not happen overnight! There is a lot to learn when it comes to your diet and nutrition, and follow-ups are a great time to get more advice and inspiration for your health goals. Nutritional Therapy is not a short term quick fix, so you will need to be motivated to make the change & the rest will be easy with my guidance & support!
