Emma-Jayne Hellewell DipCNM, mBANT, mCNHC
With a passion for everything to do with health and wellbeing, Emma possesses a great deal of knowledge surrounding nutrition and how nature’s ingredients, together with real home-cooked organic food and natural remedies can pave a way for a healthy mind, body and soul. Emma has a specific interest in the effects of stress on the body and the gut-brain (digestion) connection. She is a firm believer that it is the quality of the ingredients we feed our bodies and the products we put on our skin that matters when it comes to our body and health.
