I believe in the unconventional and individuality of everyone’s journey. The grey area is often where the beauty unfolds. We all have our own struggles and it is my mission to help you find a nutrition strategy that gives you back control of your health and body.
Hi, my name is Emily Maguire and I am a degree qualified nutritionist living in Edinburgh, Scotland. I am an accredited Associate Nutritionist registered with the Association for Nutrition and have worked with individual clients for the past 8 years.
It is my primary focus to work with my clients to find an individually tailored nutrition intake that is right for them. My work is generally focused for those people looking to safely and effectively implement a well formulated low sugar or ketogenic dietary approach that fits their body and needs.
My passion for the topic of nutrition knows no boundaries. I travelled around the world for over 8 months to shadow and mentor off the doctors, dietitians and researchers that specialise in this field which has further enhanced my experience and knowledge of the practical application.
Figuring out the right nutrition plan for you is step 1, stage 2 is working together to give you the accountability and support you need to make these changes sustainable and a complete lifestyle change. No nutrition journey is ever linear, straight forward or easy; there are no quick fixes, but in working together we can burst through the roadblocks and face the challenges head on together to get you to your goal.
The way my consultations work is we will jump on a quick 15 minute skype call to go through what you are looking to achieve. Then once we have decided the appropriate package for you we will then have a full 60 minute in depth consultation which is followed with a nutrition report, diet plan, recipes and other materials to get you under way. Follow ups and coaching again will depend on the type of package we go for and how much support you need. One off consultations are also available.
