Egzona Makolli, BSc (Hons), MSc, ANutr
Do you feel like you health is out of balance? Let Egzona bring your health back to full health with dietary and lifestyle changes which are suitable for you personally.
Egzona Makolli is a fully qualified Nutritionist and a Neuroscience researcher.
I believe that food is the cure to many illnesses in the world and has an intense effect on your overall health, energy and mood levels. I am driven to help client achieve their greatest health through nutrition and I believe that through dietary and lifestyle changes you will be able to achieve this. I passionately that everyone is unique and that there is no single way of eating which suits all, this is why I offer bespoke nutritional advice that works individually.
I offer nutritional consultations aimed at improving overall health and aim to educate each client on the relationship between food and health.
I specialise in using nutrition to help with:
- Change unhealthy dietary habits to healthier and nutritious alternatives
- Achieve healthy weight loss/weight gain which you sustain
- Increase energy through your diet
- Diet and bowel symptoms
- Inflammatory bowel disorders
My personally approach combines lifestyle factors with nutritional intake which will aim to support your health. I will firstly require each client to fill out a pre-consultaiton questionnaire which includes a dietary diary, this will allow me to understand any imbalances of your health rather than just aim to treat the signs and symptoms associated. I offer tailored made plans which are designed to bounce you back to full health and cure any imbalances you may have. I offer appointments in Central London but am willing to travel if required to.
