About me

I am a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Kinesiologist. I practice a client-centred therapy focusing on individual’s personal needs and goals; I offer Food intolerance / sensitivity testing using Kinesiology/ muscle testing and I teach Weight loss class called - Lose weight, boost your energy and love your body.

Naturopathic nutrition is about supporting health through healing power of whole and organic foods, nutrients, and also about supporting body through healthy habits and healthier lifestyle. I offer a food and dietary support. I use traditional naturopathic techniques, good quality supplements and diagnostic testing. I use an emphatic approach and enjoy sharing my knowledge with my clients, motivating them so they find they own way to health, vitality and calmness.

I have been involved in nutrition for over 10 years. Initially this related to dealing with my own health issues, but I soon realised that I would like to take things a step further and become a nutritional therapist myself. Coming from a busy corporate environment I understand the challenges people face when trying to implement dietary changes into their busy lifestyle.

I also run a regular six week health coaching programme called "Lose weight, boost your energy and love your body". This is an empowering course where we have the opportunity to discover hidden reasons that may have been making it hard to lose weight; we learn what can be done to get things back on track; covering topics from hormone imbalances and food sensitivities, to chronic stress and bacterial imbalances in the gut.

My approach is friendly and supportive and I am passionate about the positive impact healthy living has on our lives. I work from the wonderful Tree of Life Integrated Health Centre in the city of Brighton & Hove, East Sussex.

I regularly contribute to local magazines, give talks at health events and I am a guest lecturer at a local University.

As well as seeing clients at the clinic I also offer supermarket tours where I teach my clients what foods to buy to support optimal health. We go through all main sections of clients favorite food store.

Further information

Before your first consultation, you will be sent a questionnaire and I will also ask you to fill in a 3 day food diary so that I can have an initial idea of your overall nutrient intake and a health history.

At the initial consultation (which takes 90 minutes) we review your complete health history, ask about current and past symptoms, look at diet and lifestyle, and order functional testing when appropriate.

What you’ll get after your consultation? Your healthy, personalised lifestyle plan with nutritional advice, guidance on lifestyle changes, where appropriate supplement plan and an explanation of the current triggers and how the recommended changes can improve your health.

Depending on the health issues you come with, we might have follow-up sessions to keep track of the progress you make.
