About me

I am a qualified nutritional advisor working one to one with clients in Witney. I develop personalised nutrition programs for every client that fits in with their unique lifestyle. My focus is on using nourishing foods in simple and practical ways to help my clients feel more confident in the kitchen. Nourishing the body with real food and delicious recipes is something that we should all enjoy and cherish. This is why I educat my clients about nutrition and give them the tools they need for long term health.

Fees

Initial Consultation £45 (1 hour): This is a chance for us to get to know each other better and discuss how I can help you move closer to your health and nutrition goals. I will provide you with a nutrition questionnaire to fill in before we meet which will provide me with some background information about your lifestyle, medical history and current eating habits. I will ask that you send this information back to me at least 2-3 days before our initial consultation. During this session you may be given additional resources, recipes ideas and tips to help you get started on your new path to better health.

Follow Up Consultation £30 (30-45mins): This is an opportunity to touch base after our initial consultation to see how the recommendations are working and discuss any concerns you may have. We will look at any changes that can be made to your nutrition plan, or additional steps we can take to improving your overall health.

Menu Planning £45-£90 (seperate fee): If you are looking for some inspiration, unsure of what recipes to cook, would like a bit of a structure to follow for 1-4 weeks then we can develop a menu plan that is right for you. Many of my clients have used this as a helpful resource to keep them on track long term. They love the variety of foods they are able to incorporate into their weekly eating plan, and the delicious selection of nourishing foods that are good for health, but also tasty. We often get stuck in a rut when it comes to meal planning, which is why I am able to help make this part of your lifestyle a little less stressful and more delicious.
