Vinings Natural Health Centre
If you have a health concern, are moving on to a new phase in your life or re-evaluating what you want for the future, I am passionate about helping women just like you to take back control and feel better than you ever have.
Many of us have long put the needs of others first, pushing our own problems aside. Whether it is weight issues or simply not feeling good enough, I want to empower you to make the changes that will help you feel and believe again.
I believe it is our thoughts that drive our feelings and our feelings that influence our actions. I use a series of techniques that help to get to the route causes of your issues and then move on to create your own unique action plan.
I begin by building a complete picture of your past to understand why you are where you are. I start by using a powerful technique called Rapid Transformational Therapy and then through nutrition and coaching, I will help you transform your life.
The first step would be to book your Free 10 minute discovery call where you can find out how I work (via telephone or Skype).
