About me

Registered Nutritional Therapist based in Kensington, London.  Simple and realistic nutrition plans created exclusively for you, reflecting your needs and based upon your health goals.

With so many food trends and fashionable endorsements surrounding health and wellness, it is incredibly difficult for you to know what is best for you.  It can be overwhelming making any decision at the moment when there are so many opinions about what is the 'best' or 'right' choice for a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

The only way to give your and your health the attention it deserves is by focusing on you.  I can help you do that by developing a personal nutrition and lifestyle plan that works exclusively for you.  Personalized nutrition is not about limiting important food groups or leaving you feeling punished.  It’s about increasing the foods that have the nutrients that you need in order to improve your overall health.

If you have a specific health complaint or simply need an objective opinion on how to improve upon your own food and lifestyle plan, I can help you focus on what nutrients you need and provide quick, easy and affordable solutions.

I help clients understand how to make their own choices so that they are empowered to make dietary and lifestyle changes that work for them. Your choices, your decisions, your that they are empowered to make their own dietary and lifestyle changes.  More of what you need to help you feel nourished, healthy and happy.
