About me

Having suffered with adult breakouts, skin rashes, chronic gut symptoms and missing periods I have a particular interest in skin and women's hormones and have dedicated the last 5 years of my online practice to working within this area supporting clients internationally.

My programmes meet you where you are at and guide you on your health journey in a timely manner that suits your circumstances, values and needs drawing on my 10 years experience.

My goal is that you start to understand what is driving your symptoms and how engaging with diet, and lifestyle medicine can move you forward in your health journey. I will often use functional and DNA testing as well as high quality supplements and where appropriate these will be discussed during an initial consultation.

Over my 15 years of studying nutrition I have invested extensively in further training, most recently in a 2 year mentoring programme with Tanya Borowski, and regularly embark on CPD with topics including functional medicine, Body Listening, nutrigenomics, peri meno, hormonal imbalances, thyroid health, inflammatory skin conditions, SIBO, gut health and more. I am a forever student when it comes to the body!

I welcome anyone interested in working with me to schedule a free 20 minute discovery call to find out if nutritional therapy is right for you and what exactly is involved.

Please email me with a brief outline of your goals, any diagnosed health conditions, medications and best days and times for us to speak. My clinic hours are Monday to Thursday 9-2 with some weekday evening availability.

I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your health journey.
