Profile

Optimum nutrition is vital for a healthy functioning body and mind.  Nutritional therapy works by addressing specific requirements for diet and lifestyle thus enabling most people to alleviate or prevent some of the most common conditions.

Treatment could focus on guidance for natural detoxification, methods to support digestion and absorption, improvement of colon health and avoidance of toxins or allergens.

Supplementation may not be necessary for everyone but if it is required this will be discussed fully during the consultation.

Nutritional therapy involves the assessment of individual diet, lifestyle and current health conditions.  Also taken into consideration are any previous medical complaints, full dietary assessment and personal symptoms profile.

Areas of interest are gastrointestinal health, migraine and hormonal imbalances to name just a few, but of course good nutrition and a client-specific nutritional programme can support many different aspects of health
