About me

I specialise in helping clients find relief from digestion and gut related concerns.

As naturopathy teaches us- health starts in the gut! I have invested a huge amount of time staying abreast in all areas of gut health, functional stool testing and latest protocols. I have an excellent fourteen year track record in clinical practice helping clients with both simple and chronic gut health conditions. You do not have to suffer and live with your symptoms- my clients usually wish they'd found me much much sooner!

I use my Principles of Gut Health protocol based on four key principles: Support digestion, Nurture gut health, Calm your mind and Nourish your body (and microbiome).

As a naturopath, education is essential: I provide all my clients with simple to follow advice explained in a clear non-technical way. And all my nutrition and lifestyle protocols are carefully aligned to your lifestyle and your likes and dislikes. "Invest in your health and I'll invest my time to support you".

I am currently offering ALL clients the option of Zoom or face to face consultations in the Costwolds or Swindon.

Please don't continue to suffer. Let's arrange a free discovery call so we can discuss your needs in more detail and I can select the best programme and package for your unique needs.

And do please look at the testimonials on my website and my page on podcasts, articles, blogs. For Educational videos please visit my You Tube Channel (cut and paste the link):

"Caroline has literally transformed my life!"
Caroline has literally transformed my life! I don’t say that lightly. I had severe abdominal bloating and stabbing pains, pain in joints, sinus problems, colds, sore throats, poor sleep and was on anti-depressants. I am now living my life to the full, off anti-depressants and I can honestly say it is all down to Caroline’s expertise. Thank you so much!

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Further information

I experienced first hand how nutritional therapy and a diet tailored to meet my personal needs improved my health and vitality. That was in 1997 and triggered a lifelong interest in the subject.

I am passionate about the importance of good nutrition and sharing my knowledge with my clients, organisations and the general public.. Education is an important aspect of the consultation and I aim to give clients a really good understanding of why changes are being suggested. I strongly believe that this gives clients a greater chance of success and is more likely to be sustained for the long-term.

I also recognise that a “one size fits all” approach is not appropriate when it comes to our health and wellbeing. Everyone is unique and our diets should reflect our lifestyle, genetic makeup, age, gender and environment.

I have a 20 year background in the corporate sector with a middle management position for a very large FTSE 100 company. This has given me a very good understanding of not only the pressure faced by businesses but the stress and pressure felt by employees in meeting corporate goals.

As a Naturopath Caroline employs a holistic “whole body and mind” approach and utilises a number of tools and techniques to identify root cause to ill health. At the same time Naturopathy is about empowering the individual to take control of their own health and Caroline does this through education, encouragement and above all else, keeping things simple.

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

This can usually be arranged upon request at my Swindon clinic.
