Inflammatory Gut Conditions
Do you suffer from any one of these 9 conditions?
1. Food sensitivities or food allergies
2.Bloating or cramping in the stomach
3.Inflammatory bowel disease
5.Thyroid or adrenal issues
6. Joint pain or rheumatoid conditions
7. Malabsorption issues connected to what you digest-vitamin/nutrient deficient
8. Skin issues- rosacea, itchy dry skin etc.
9. Mood issues, nervousness, stress, bipolar behavioural
If you have any one of the above conditions then it is more than likely you are suffering from leaky GUT. This is where you get larger openings in your intestines and so proteins like gluten can get into your blood stream and cause any one of the above conditions, and cause pain throughout your body.
I WILL WORK WITH YOU THROUGH A 6 STAGE FOOD PLAN THAT WILL ELIMINATE SOME FOODS AND INCREASE FOODS THAT WILL HEAL AND SEAL YOUR GUT. I OFFER RECIPES AND INFORMATION THAT WILL INCREASE YOUR GOOD BACTERIA AND LOWER THE BAD PATHOGENIC BACTERIA CAUSING THE PROBLEM. THROUGH ONE-TO ONE PERSONAL SUPPORT VIA E-MAIL, MOBILE AND TEXT I WILL TOTALLY SUPPORT YOU UNTIL YOUR GUT IS HEALED.
My FREE 30 minute telephone consultation will allow you to discuss and decide any nutritional query you may have -07917771469

Find the exact diet that is specific to your problem by discussing your health history
Through coaching you will:
1. clearly establish your goals for success

What makes this approach different from other food regimes is the practical method of COACHING THAT BRIDGES THE GAP BETWEEN THINKING AND DOING

Testimonials from clients
'After a visit to my Doctors I discovered that I had very high blood sugar levels so I made an appointment to work with Dr Harris. She gave me a monthly food plan which I rigorously stuck to. After only 4 weeks and with only food I was able to control my sugar levels which are perfectly normal at 7.2. I not only lost weight but have gained energy and the bonus is that my eyesight has tremendously improved"
"I attended the Stratford clinic where Anne was able to use her knowledge from her Gut and Psychology experience. I had been experiencing severe bloating and inflammatory bowel conditions. Anne gave me a diet plan to bring down the irritation in my bowel, and after 2 months all conditions have disappeared. I would highly recommend Anne"
