I am a Nutrition and Life Coach and I am on a mission to help women to lose weight, feel fabulous and to regain their zest for life! Your body is meant to be healthy, in harmony and in balance. Glowing health is something you should experience whatever your age. However, life events and stress can make you feel drained. It can lead to weight gain, hormone imbalances, gut symptoms and lacklustre skin, among many others. I am here to tell you that you do not have to accept these health problems as ‘normal’ and that you can take back control of your body, your health and your life. I would love to help you achieve this. I help women to take a proactive approach to finding a healthy balance using nutrition and lifestyle changes. I can help you to feel amazing and love your life again!
I work with my clients on a personal one-to-one basis on my health and weight loss programs. I also offer group weight loss programs.
I am based at Acorn Health in Emsworth and see clients from Portsmouth, Chichester and West Sussex, Waterlooville, Petersfield, Winchester, Southampton, Fareham and the rest of Hampshire. I am able to visit clients in their own home if they would prefer. I also offer Skype consultations.
I have a special interest in helping women over 40 suffering from stress, lack of energy and/or weight issues, ready to beat the overwhelm and be healthy and happy again.
The first step to regaining your health and happiness is to contact me for a complimentary 30 minute chat to see if I can help you. You can book your call here

Personalised nutrition and health programs start from £130 for a 4 week program
As part of your program I may recommend diagnostic testing and supplements that are an additional cost.
Before the first consultation, I will provide you with a health and nutrition questionnaire for you to complete. An initial consultation typically lasts 60 minutes, and in this time I will ask detailed questions regarding current health concerns; symptoms; diagnosis and treatment; medical history; family history; lifestyle; levels of physical activity; use of medication and supplements; and diet.
I will evaluate your individual needs and use the extensive evidence base for nutritional science to develop a personalised, safe and effective nutrition and lifestyle programme. I will work with your tastes and preferences so your programme is one that is achievable for you. Either before, or during the initial consultation I will assess how many further consultations you may require to build on the initial recommendations and make any adjustments to your program. Follow up consultations are generally every 4 to 6 weeks in order to monitor progress. This will help to guide you successfully through the initial stages of your journey to optimum health, and also gives you time to make dietary changes and to see improvements in your health.
