My mission is to help women over 40 who are experiencing major changes to regain balance, strength and resilience. As a busy working mum I understand how a stressful and hectic lifestyle can impact on our dietary choices and ultimately our health. I have personal experience of making life-long dietary changes and how these can help you on your health journey. I love helping women to regain their vitality to start living the life they want and deserve.
Women’s bodies are meant to be healthy and in harmony. Strength, energy, productivity and glowing health should be enjoyed throughout all the stages of a woman’s life. Stressful life events can take a strong body and render it weak, unpredictable and unreliable and this can contribute to many common problems such as fatigue, stress, hormonal imbalances, skin/hair issues and weight gain.
You do not have to accept these health problems as ‘normal’ and you can take back control of your body, your health and your life. I would love to help you achieve this. I help women to take a proactive approach to finding their healthy balance using nutrition and lifestyle changes. I offer personalised health and weight management programs along with health coaching to help you feel amazing and love your life again! I also offer online group programs – please see my Facebook page for offers and details.
I am based in Denmead, Waterlooville and see clients from Portsmouth, Chichester and West Sussex, Petersfield, Winchester, Southampton, Fareham and the rest of Hampshire. I see my clients at my home office and am able to visit clients in their own home if they would prefer. I also offer Skype consultations.
I have a special interest in helping women over 40 suffering from stress, lack of energy and/or weight issues, ready to beat the overwhelm and be healthy and happy again.
The first step to regaining your health and happiness is to contact me for a complimentary 20 minute chat to see if I can help you.

Personalised nutrition and health programs start from £195 for a 8 week package
As part of your program I may recommend diagnostic testing and supplements that are an additional cost.
Before the first consultation, I will provide you with a health and nutrition questionnaire for you to complete. An initial consultation typically lasts 60 minutes, and in this time I will ask detailed questions regarding current health concerns; symptoms; diagnosis and treatment; medical history; family history; lifestyle; levels of physical activity; use of medication and supplements; and diet. I will evaluate your individual needs and use the extensive evidence base for nutritional science to develop a personalised, safe and effective nutrition and lifestyle programme. I will work with your tastes and preferences so your programme is one that is achievable for you. Either before, or during the initial consultation I will assess how many further consultations you may require to build on the initial recommendations and make any adjustments to your program. Follow up consultations are generally every 4 to 6 weeks in order to monitor progress. This will help to guide you successfully through the initial stages of your journey to optimum health, and also gives you time to make dietary changes and to see improvements in your health.
