"At the age of 43, I had reached a point in my life where I was desperate to lose weight, but doubted I could ever be truly successful in this regard. I had been overweight all my life and was never able to lose more than a few pounds at a time (with the usual weight loss organisations) and the weight would always slowly pile back on. My main concern was now health as I had a few conditions that were either caused or worsened by being overweight.I then went to see Amanda…. this was 4 months ago and I have lost 12.5 kg (25 pounds) so far. I cannot tell you how fantastic it feels to lose weight. I feel less tired and my sugar cravings have reduced, my cardiovascular health has also improved significantly.Amanda has extensive knowledge… she has given me the nutritional advice I need with regards to quality of food as well as focusing on my specific health issues to advise on vitamins and supplements. She has also suggested the tools I need to keep a log of my calories which is revolutionary as I have never been able to maintain this. Any issue I have, she always a solution… tips and ideas to motivate me and keep me on track.Amanda also has a very kind, patient manner, and has empathy for my situation… I am indebted to her for finally letting me realise my dream of permanent weight loss that can be maintained… this is not just short-term, it is now my plan for life.I thoroughly recommend Amanda for any nutritional need you may have. She will help you to re-discover good health and to look and feel so much better."

“Hi Amanda,
I just wanted to let you know that I have had some excellent results already!  I have only been taking the recommended supplements for 6 six days and the difference is actually quite remarkable. The need to eat every couple of hours and craving for carbohydrate has improved by at least 90%. I have totally eliminated yeast and am being very conscious not to "feed" the yeast. My "digestion" is not yet consistent but certainly is on the way I believe to being sorted. So I want to express my gratitude for your professional guidance!  Emma” London

"I brought my daughter to see you because of panic attacks she was experiencing. I just wanted you to know that she has followed the dietary advice you gave her and taken the supplements and they have made such a difference in such a short time. Thank you so much"
Julie, Guildford

“Hi Amanda ,
I just thought I would let you know the good news.  I went to the doctors and received my Cholesterol results.  My cholesterol is now 5 instead of 7 so I don't need statins. Thank you very much !      Best regards Marie”
