Phil F's story
I found a nutritionist on this site after reading an article about sports nutrition. I've always been really into weight training but decided I wanted to take it one step further and enter some comps. I contacted a nutritionist and we set up a structured diet plan which helped me strengthen my muscles and keep my energy levels high. Lifting is now my life and without someone there telling me what to eat I wouldn't have been able to train as intensely as I do now. I recommend finding a nutritionist if you're serious about weight training.
