Fed up with the misery of dieting? Are you looking for a way to improve your health and feel good about your body?
Two full-day workshops being held on two consecutive days of two consecutive weeks. Well Now is a friendly, informative course for people of all shapes and sizes who want to find peace with food. We’ll meet over two weekends and explore how to tune in to body signals, make sense of emotional eating and nutrition myths and get to grips with the bigger picture of health – plus more!
Developed and run by award-winning dietitian Dr Lucy Aphramor, Well Now was the first course of its kind to be offered in the NHS and is now available internationally. Participants come from all walks of life for support with eating and weight issues.
