This is the ideal workshop for you if you have tried lots of diets, but still feel unhappy about your weight and body, or if like many dieters you find yourself eating for emotional reasons such as stress, low mood, PMT, comfort, boredom or low self esteem.

In this workshop you will learn why diets fail and why they can actually make us fatter and more hungry. We will debunk myths such as “thin people are happy” and “you have to be hungry to lose weight”. Instead, you will learn about more useful eating and thinking patterns; which foods and times of day are linked to cravings and along with tips to overcome cravings; what kind of exercise can help (without joining a gym!); which supplements to take; as well as simple techniques you can incorporate in everyday life to help avoid eating for the wrong reasons.
