Stress often rules our lives in the fast-paced, fast-food, fast-thinking world we live in.
This six-week programme will show you how to take control of stress by understanding what triggers your stress response and learning how to provide your body and mind with the nutrients and tools you need to become your resilient and grounded self.
The Sugar Clinic and David Cotterill Associates combine their expertise in naturopathic nutritional therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction for an innovative six-week stress reduction programme.
Exploring your stress triggers and learning simple techniques to reduce your stress levels is best done as part of a programme which allows you to experiment different methods and be guided by expert coaches.
