Don't worry, you won't be juice fasting for two weeks, or even for any of it! This cleanse is perfect for anyone who has a busy lifestyle and doesn't do well on liquid only fasts, but wants to learn more practical tools to look after themselves, as well as look and feel great!

My work in retreats has allowed me to see first-hand the amazing transformations people can experience in just seven days. While I know going on retreat every year might not be accessible for many of us, my intention is to create a retreat experience for you from the comfort of your own home. Built around daily self-care rituals involving nutrition, yoga philosophy, breathwork and meditation to seek sustainable change that can be built into your daily 'normal life', and therefore see the results for years to come.

For me, cleansing is so much more than just eating more vegetables and supporting detoxification processes. In order to make it a fully holistic experience, we have to move beyond the physical body and seek to cleanse the energetic body too. This course will teach you ways to nourish your body, mind and spirit. You will finish it leaving lighter both physically and emotionally and I am so excited to see what other fantastic benefits you will experience.

During this supportive two weeks you can expect to:

The first week is focused on preparation, getting everything into place with your nutrition and learning new self-care rituals. The second week is an adaptable food plan with a daily cleansing juice recipe. Everything is optional and even if you just make a few changes I guarantee you will feel the benefits! You will be supported throughout with daily tips and support from me and an online community that we create.
