Are you confused by all the nutrition information available in the media? Do you want to know more about the effects of stress and how it’s related to nutrition? Would you like some practical advice on improving your diet and reducing stress?
We would love for you to join us at our relaxed, fun and informative workshop on self-care awareness. Our workshop will help equip you with the knowledge and tools to have a healthier body and mind.
Some of the topics we will cover are:
- Triggers of stress and how it impacts your health in the long term.
- What you can do to relax and calm yourself down in stressful situations.
- The importance of movement and its effects on our well-being.
- Mindfulness and its positive effect on health.
- Strategies on what to do to make positive changes last.
- What you should eat more of!
- Debunking diet myths.
The workshop is run by experts in the areas of nutrition and health coaching.
Dr Laura Wyness is a registered nutritionist with considerable professional experience working with industry, charities and policy makers.
