Research has shown how nutrition during developmental years plays a vital role in long-term brain function. It is key that we are feeding our little ones with all the right nutrients to give them the building blocks they need to learn and develop as they grow older.

Learn practical tips on how to make sure you’re feeding your child a diet which will optimise their brain health, preventing mental health issues in the future and ensuring their health and vitality. Deborah Colson DipION Msc, is a specialist in nutrition for children's cognitive health and has been working with children of all ages with a variety of learning disabilities for over 13 years at the Brain Bio Centre, a unique not-for-profit nutritional therapy clinic based in Putney, London.
