Do you struggle in your relationship with food? Do you binge eat or simply feel that you over-eat and are slowly losing control over how, when and why you eat?
If that sounds like you, my mindful eating course might be just the thing.
It's a very friendly and supportive eight-week group course. Sessions are on Thursday evenings and last two hours.
Over the weeks, you'll build up an awareness of the messages coming from inside you and from outside which are manipulating your eating behaviours and feeding the self-critic within. Mindful eating is based on curiosity and self-compassion rather than judgment and blame. You can only succeed!
So, if your self-esteem has been damaged by diets or you just feel you've lost your way with food, why not message me from via my website www.aldernutrition.co.uk, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call me on 07970 183270.
Does taking 16 hours for yourself sound like too much of a luxury?
Remember - looking after your own physical and mental health means you'll be better able to look after all those friends and family who demand your time.
Think of it as a lifetime investment!
I look forward to spending some quality time with you.
