This 30 day weight-loss programme is designed to be the last you’ll ever have to use!

This programme hasn't failed yet in helping participants to shed pounds. On average participants lose between 7lb and one stone! The 30 day weight loss includes:
An initial one hour consultation where I will make a detailed assessment of your current health, discuss your short and long term health goals and personalise the programme to your unique requirements. This can take place at either one of my Bristol clinics or via skype.
Three one-one follow up consultations at weekly intervals throughout the programme where you will learn how to create a healthier relationship with food. We will reflect on your eating motives and you will learn about the roles sleep, exercise and rest play in weight-loss. It may be that metabolic issues or adrenal imbalance have been contributing to your past weight gain so we will discuss these areas and address any imbalance present.
The specially designed Nutri Advanced supplement pack which contains four products that have been clinically proven to assist weight loss. You will replace one meal and one snack daily with Ultra-meal, a metabolic food which ensures optimum nutrition in the form of a delicious shake. Ultra-meal is high in protein and has a low GI which helps keep you feeling satisfied and reduces sugar cravings. You will also take Eskimo Extra, ThermoMax and Gluco-Chrome which are formulated to improve blood sugar control, speed up the metabolism and increase thermogenesis and energy expenditure.
- Community, connection with others and group morale are provided by the private facebook group for all challengers. This monitored group is the perfect place for you to meet people in the same position as you, share experiences, ask questions or just relish in being part of a supportive community.

Here’s how the 30 day weight-loss challenge works:
Once you sign up you will be sent your product kit along with a comprehensive information pack – which includes chef designed recipes, menu planners, a diet diary, shopping lists and all the tools you need to succeed on this programme.
Once you have received your product kit and information pack we will schedule an initial one-hour nutrition consultation to discuss your general health and to identify any other issues relating to weight management. We’ll discuss your previous dieting history, your ability in the kitchen and what exercise regime works best for you. This consultation can be scheduled either at one of my clinics or via skype. In order to track your progress we will take a number of body measurements and you will have the opportunity to fill in a diet diary.
Following the initial consultation, three 30 minute follow-up sessions will be scheduled at weekly intervals to track your progress and provide additional dietary and cooking advice plus motivational support. If you choose, you can schedule additional follow-up appointments to continue your healthy weight loss and stay motivated along the way!
