"Louise educated me on food, and exercise changed my life. I feel like I am half way through my journey and want to continue the work and life changing habits I have started. I’ve lost 14 kgs and my doctor has now taken me off my diabetic medication."
“Despite getting up an hour earlier to go to the gym, I have so much more energy in the evening.”
