Come and learn more about emotional eating, cravings and portion sizes.
Find out why it is so hard to resist cakes, sweets and biscuits and why we crave chocolate. We will be exploring the body’s inner mechanisms to eating, over-eating and appetite control. Discover how to master your diet to overcome cravings so that emotional eating does not leave you over-weight.
This workshop is free for members and non-members but you need to reserve your place as numbers are limited. Please call 01932 353 481 to reserve your place or email Louise Jenner-Clarke.
