This talk discusses the rise of gluten related health problems in today’s modern world. It identifies the distinction between coeliac disease and non-coeliac gluten sensitivity conditions. We identify possible contributory factors, symptoms and interventions to support and improve the digestive tract, the liver and reduce inflammation.
The talk will focus on food, diet and nutrition and how a high nutrient gluten-free diet can help rebuild good health. We will construct menu plans and recipes, which can satisfy all tastes and support good health.
