Coeliac and IBS support group

Our next positively free from and coeliac group is being held very soon, and we would love to see you there.

We meet to share ideas, offer advice and support and also make new friends.

The group is free to attend and the venue is a safe kitchen cafe with plenty of cakes and bakes to buy and try.

We will be having speakers and holding cooking demonstrations.

This month will be focusing on bone health.

With exclusion diets comes some risks, and osteoporosis/bone protection is an area we are covering. Margaret Shorland from the Shepway Osteoporosis Group will be on hand to give a talk and advice. Plenty of free from yummies will be available to keep you fortified.
